  • 21 GHz spectrum analyzer - Tektronix 494AP
  • 3 GHz Vector Network Analyzer - HP 8753B + 85046A
  • 5 Hz - 500MHz Vector Network Analyzer - HP 8751A + 87511A plus custom Z-test fixture

  • HP34401 5-1/2 digit mutimeter
  • Tek TM 500 modules including:
